What You Will Be Doing
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including planning and executing creative and targeted recruitment strategies. Source candidates through social media, job boards, and internal databases. Conduct interviews and manage the interview process from start to finish. Work closely with department heads to understand role requirements and support hiring decisions. Build relationships with candidates and maintain regular follow-up throughout the hiring process. Utilize and maintain up-to-date candidate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). What You Bring Along
Min 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a startup environment. Familiarity with fast-paced hiring processes and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Experience hiring for GTM roles in the US – a big plus. Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, with a proactive and initiative-driven approach. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus. Seniority level
