新卒採用のポジションです。オペレーション総合職について、アマゾンの物流拠点で商品の入荷、出荷、品質管理のいずれかの工程において、生産・業務計画の策定、生産性や稼働率の管理、メンバーの育成・評価などを行う仕事です。アマゾンの強みである最先端の物流現場で、日々のオペレーションおよびチームマネジメントを行い、お客様に満足をお届けするお仕事です。ポジションの最も重要な役割は、オペレーションにおける工程管理（出・入荷・在庫管理等）、人材育成（パフォーマンスやモチベーション管理）などを通じて、数名～数十名となるチームをリードすることです。自らマネージャーとして、担当プロセスの改善・改良に努めるだけではなく、チームメンバーがお客様のために仕事ができるように、またそれを妨げる一切の要因を排除できるよう、環境を整えます。さらにチームのリーダーとして、職場における満足度、モチベーションに関わる事柄、スケジュールに関するコミュニケーション管理、給与・待遇に関わること、また現場で発生する様々な問題に対応します。重要なスキルは、お客様へのこだわりを実現するための高い目的意識を持ち、チームを率いるコミュニケーション能力となります。
