The firm is known for its collaborative approach and long-term partnerships with management teams to scale businesses and drive sustainable value. Currently deploying capital out of their most recent fund, the team is targeting a $1 billion dollar fund raise next year. Private Equity Associate Role Overview

The team is seeking a Private Equity Associate to join their investment team. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full investment lifecycle, including sourcing, diligence, execution, and portfolio support. The position is ideal for candidates who are analytical, entrepreneurial, and eager to contribute meaningfully to high-growth companies. Private Equity Associate Key Responsibilities Conduct market and industry research to identify and evaluate investment opportunities. Build and maintain financial models to support investment decisions. Lead and support due diligence efforts, including customer interviews, data analysis, and competitive assessments. Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal committees and external stakeholders. Collaborate with portfolio company leadership on strategic initiatives and performance tracking. Work closely with senior investment professionals throughout the deal process. Private Equity Associate Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or growth equity. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Demonstrated interest in healthcare, software, or tech-enabled services.
