We are seeking an experienced
SAP Supply Chain Business Analyst
with strong expertise in Direct Procurement, Logistics, and Inventory Management. This is an end-to-end BA role, requiring someone who can bridge business needs and SAP system capabilities, work closely with stakeholders, developers, and QA, and ensure requirements are fully translated into functional solutions and tested successfully. Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and SAP teams. Gather and analyze requirements for direct procurement, logistics, and inventory management processes. Document business requirements (BRD/FRD), ask probing questions to uncover gaps, and define impacts on related processes. Partner with developers to clarify requirements during design and development. Support QA teams by reviewing test plans, validating test cases, and ensuring business needs are covered. Participate in UAT, guide defect triage, and ensure successful deployment. Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance (AP, AR, asset management) and 3PL providers for end-to-end process integration. Ensure compliance with procurement and audit requirements, and support continuous process improvement. SAP Modules / Process Focus
Logistics & Inventory Management
→ inbound/outbound logistics, stock management, cycle counts, serial number tracking. Finance Integration
→ Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), asset capability integration. PLM (Mandatory)
→ BOMs, engineering changes, master data integration into SAP. Integration Scope
EDI/IDocs (Mandatory)
→ Procurement and logistics transactions (PO, ASN, invoice, shipping). 3PL (Mandatory)
→ Integration with third-party logistics providers for warehousing and inventory visibility. SFDC (Not mandatory)
→ Only a high-level understanding of sales order flow is needed, not hands-on integration. Qualifications
8+ years as a Business Analyst with SAP SCM experience. Strong functional knowledge in Direct Procurement, Logistics, and Inventory Management. Demonstrated EDI/IDoc and 3PL integration experience. Experience working with Finance (AP, AR, asset tracking). PLM integration experience is mandatory. Proven ability to work end-to-end as a BA: Gather/analyze/document requirements; Collaborate with developers on design; Support QA in test planning/execution; Lead UAT and ensure smooth go-live. Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional communication skills.
