The Finance Sr. Manager will support budget planning, forecasts, monthly operational/financial reviews and other ad hoc projects for the TDOQ (CMC, Quality, Manufacturing) Organization. About Acadia

Serve as a financial business partner for the TDOQ Organization (CMC, Quality and Manufacturing), building key relationships and supporting department priorities and objectives Review operating expenses to understand variances and improve future forecasts Assist in developing monthly packages for financial management reporting, including variance explanations, forecast updates, scenario building, and analyses Assist in developing the long-range forecast, annual operating plan (budget) and manage monthly/quarterly forecast updates Support monthly/quarter-end close by reviewing open purchase orders and coordinating with partners to estimate incurred expenses for forecast updates Utilize financial systems to complete tasks Analyze, synthesize and translate data into strategic inputs and insights for functional and executive decision making Acquire understanding of Acadia’s assets and market segments Provide financial modeling for new investment opportunities and analytics to the TDOQ organization Provide insight and consolidated information to the Corporate FP&A team to support Executive and Board decks, corporate performance reports, cost-saving initiatives and dashboards Qualifications
B.S./B.A. in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA preferred 7+ years of total Finance experience, preferably in a high-growth environment Strong hands-on experience with financial systems Attention to detail with strong analytical ability to explain variances Ability to influence cross-functionally and solve complex problems Strong Microsoft Excel skills; comfortable with large data sets Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build partnerships at all levels Self-directed and a team player Physical Requirements
This role involves regular sitting/standing/Walking, and use of hands. Travel may be required; ability to travel overnight as needed. Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $122,000—$152,000 USD. Eligible for discretionary bonus and equity awards based on performance and location. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, life/disability, 401(k) with company match up to 5%, employee stock purchase plan, vacation and holidays, paid sick time, parental leave, and tuition assistance.
