Director of Finance , you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:

Providing financial leadership, direction, supervision, oversight and support to the fiscal department.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the oversight and maintenance of appropriate financial documentation pursuant to all agency activity, e.g., general ledger, purchase requests, invoices, check registers, rate sheets, Medicaid billings, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank statements, payroll journals, etc.

Ensuring compliance with all related state, federal, corporate and agency regulations and policies, as well as adherence to GAAP, HIPAA and best practices in the fiscal domain.

Timely preparation and distribution of all financial reports. Includes regulatory reporting, consolidated fiscal report, quarterly reports, and budget reports, preparation and review of monthly and annual financial statements, preparation of and coordination of all activities surrounding semiannual audit schedules.

Director of Finance:

Minimum Salary: $85,000/annual

Director of Finance:

Maximum Salary: $90,000/annual

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting

Minimum 3 years in Accounting, Finance, and supervisory experience

Knowledge of GAAP, CMS, OPWDD financial standards, CFR, and DOH (TBI waiver)
