Parcel and e-commerce client billing preparation in multiple systems Precise recording of data in shared tools Assist in e-commerce customer and fulfillment operations support/escalations Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues Work with carrier partners to identify and resolve issues Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience related to small parcel Support Account Team Members on customer requests Qualifications and Requirements

Experience in billing utilizing complex systems Experience in small parcel and e-commerce Problem-solver with a proactive, analytical approach Sense of urgency and ability to work with speed Direct e-commerce experience required, not just as a customer Analytical, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Empathetic and articulate communicator with cross-functional teams Experience with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHLeC, USPS, and other carriers in small parcel Ideal candidate will have experience in domestic and cross-border shipments Excel: Advanced skills H.S. diploma/GED required; computer literacy with general knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Job Details
