Sr HR Business Partner, Product & Technology role at Angi. The mission is to support the People Ops function by partnering with leaders to implement data-driven, people-based initiatives that align with business strategy for Product, Tech, UX, and Data teams. What You’ll Do

Build strong, trusted relationships with business leaders to create and execute organizational and people strategies Partner with leaders to evaluate and positively impact organizational health using data such as survey scores, turnover, promotion rates, etc. Support an evolving global product and technology team through growth and change Interpret and provide guidance to leaders using qualitative and quantitative data Drive performance management initiatives to ensure engagement and retention of top performers Design and implement organizational or enterprise-wide solutions Build processes and standards to ensure efficient people operations Collaborate with COE Partners to deliver services to leaders, the organization, and the company Investigate escalated employee concerns and resolve employee relations issues; provide recommendations and guidance Provide policy guidance and interpretation Develop and deliver training on HR-related topics Mitigate risk and ensure compliance with state, federal, and global regulations Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 4 - 5+ years of HRBP experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment supporting product and technology teams Ability to analyze data and tell a story to influence business decisions Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Willingness to flex between strategic thinking and hands-on execution Self-driven and autonomous Agile mindset and ability to collaborate across departments and levels Proven ability to influence senior leaders to adopt HR best practices; strong interpersonal, coaching, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills Effective communicator with collaborative leadership style Strong program management skills with a track record of delivering multiple projects Strong written and verbal communication and executive presence We value diversity

The salary band for this position ranges from $110,000 - $155,000, commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.
