Senior Project Manager

to lead and deliver high-end

Landlord Projects and Specialty Commercial Interiors

in the

San Francisco Bay Area . This is a client-facing, leadership-level role that requires deep industry expertise, strong project controls, and the ability to lead teams through complex construction environments. Candidates must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area and have a background in both

project management and design . The ideal candidate will hold a degree in

Architecture

or

Commercial Interiors

and have progressed through the profession with hands-on, practical experience in both design and construction. You’ll oversee multiple fast-paced interior fit-outs and landlord scope projects, ensuring excellence from preconstruction through close-out. Key Responsibilities

Lead the full project lifecycle for commercial interiors and landlord-driven scopes of work Drive project strategy, schedule adherence, cost management, and risk mitigation Oversee contract negotiations, vendor coordination, and subcontractor management Maintain proactive communication with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders Direct and mentor Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams Ensure project documentation, change orders, and close-out processes are completed with precision Champion quality control and safety standards throughout all phases of construction Qualifications

15–20 years of construction project management experience, specifically in commercial interiors, corporate fit-outs, and landlord work Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Commercial Interiors, or a related design field (required) Demonstrated progressive, hands-on experience in the profession—from early roles through senior-level leadership Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and high design expectations Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills Deep understanding of budgeting, scheduling software, and field operations OSHA 30 certification and familiarity with permitting and code compliance in commercial settings Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area and available for regular in-person project/site work Why Join?
