Clinical Director Schedule:
Hybrid or flex schedule available; salary and benefits as listed. Compensation:
Pay Range: $80,000-90,000 annual salary Sign-on:
$5,000 sign-on bonus Responsibilities
Oversee all clinical teammates and programs. Provide clinical guidance, direction, training, assessment, and feedback for all clinical staff to address the needs of the population served. Work independently and under minimal supervision with knowledge of agency policies, procedures and corrective action processes. Ensure compliance of the clinical program with CARF, DMHAS, and other applicable standards, including confidentiality regulations. Monitor daily flow of clinical programs, staff schedules, and program schedules; monitor patient participation and outcomes. Review and assure quality of clinical records and documentation; digitally sign supervisor documents as required. Facilitate and/or co-facilitate clinical meetings to address concerns, progress, and crisis intervention. Provide direct observation and feedback on individual and group counseling, assess counseling skills, and monitor documentation and supervision requirements. Conduct timely performance evaluations for clinical staff and ensure annual licensure and continuing education compliance. Address incident reports and assess risk factors related to clinical issues; participate in quality assurance activities. Support census management and program operations, including group facilitation and carrying patient caseload when needed. Assist in maintaining census through outreach at conferences and referrals, and contribute to transition planning for patients. Assess participant needs through outcome surveys, meetings, and follow-up to ensure consistent, quality care. Communicate with the Executive Director and administrative staff with regular updates on clinical affairs. Attend team trainings and complete required courses; perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Education:
Masters or better Licenses & Certifications:
Required: Cert Clinical Supervisor (CCS); LCADC and CCS preferred; LPC or LCSW with CCS preferred; LPC or LCSW with board supervisor certificate and LCADC preferred. Experience:
Two (2) years of experience in substance use and/or behavioral health, including group/individual counseling, treatment planning, and case management. Experience with twelve-step philosophy alignment. Other:
Valid driver’s license in good standing; ability to travel up to 10% for meetings and conferences. Preferred:
Three (3) years of experience supervising/leading clinical services in substance use/behavioral health and supporting staff. Education & Licensing
