Overview Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) Inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins, and RAS Companion Inhibitors for use in combination treatment strategies. The Opportunity:

The Biomarker Strategic Engagement Lead will report to the Director of Biomarker Strategy and Execution. This role is responsible for shaping and managing strategic partnerships with local and regional labs and pathologists in academic institutions, community pathology groups, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), and broad pathology stakeholders to ensure actionable adoption of RAS biomarker testing for the purpose of standard of care testing and appropriate patient identification.

This is a critical role within the biomarker team for Revolution Medicine’s portfolio of investigational RAS(ON) inhibitors, targeting RAS-addicted cancers.

This position will be remotely based.

Responsibilities

Leading the execution of strategic objectives set forth by the Commercial Development Team, aligns portfolio brand strategies, and drives the integration of biomarker insights with broad awareness initiatives built on commercial strategy.

Bridges regional challenges with cohesive biomarker protocols that maximize field awareness.

Effectively supports biomarker strategy, commercial vision, and field engagement to position a targeted revolution in RAS-addicted cancers from the lens and perspective of the pathologist.

Accountable for strategic laboratory and pathology partnerships, including the ability to lead and track engagement with assigned pathology accounts and co-develop innovative biomarker enablement plans informed by pathologist insights and system workflows.

Serves as the internal and external subject matter expert and primary point of contact to shape biomarker partnerships with pathologists in the field and pull through an enduring commercial biomarker strategy.

Required Skills, Experience and Education

Minimum 7 years in strategic account management within diagnostics and/or pharmaceutical industries with a deep understanding of oncology, pathology and precision medicine.

Bachelor’s Degree.

A deep understanding of anatomic pathology and laboratory medicine, molecular diagnostics, precision oncology, companion diagnostics, biotech launch environments and laboratory operations.

Strategic vision, cross-functional leadership, external stakeholder influence, and commercialization readiness.

Proven ability to translate diagnostic insights into field and brand activation strategies.

Travel required: 30%.

Geography covered: Eastern/Western US Region(s).

Preferred Skills

Both diagnostic and pharmaceutical account management.

Established relationships with pathology KOLs.

ASCP certification.

Experience in GI/Lung space.
