Run a profitable restaurant and ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Work with the leader to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them. Lead a team of Department Managers, set their goals, monitor progress, and coach to improve Departments. Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for future leadership. Note: A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants. Qualifications
Previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations. Strong leadership and coaching abilities; able to develop and guide multiple departments. Experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred. Must be at least 18 years old. Benefits
