The role is responsible for researching, planning, developing, and growing the current client’s business while implementing our global integrator approach to the customer, working with multiple teams in an account leadership capacity to build joint plans and grow the customer partnership. In this role you will

Partner with Client Leadership/Internal Commercial & Product to drive the strategic growth plan, program roadmap, and manage client needs and expectations based on specific initiatives Speak consultatively with all client and internal team members (client services, project management, IT, financial, product, and senior management when necessary) Maintain & improve customer satisfaction levels with NPS & Voice of the Customer Maintain & improve internal satisfaction levels with Voice of Key Stakeholders Ensure performance KPIs are aligned with customer expectations and maintained in a single global data set Establish, own, & improve appropriate KPIs to measure operational performance in a global data set Own all customer-initiated and internal projects to ensure resourcing and timelines; compile and own the program/project plan Serve as main point of contact for collaboration with implementation when new business is initiated Ensure SOPs are updated, adhered to, and shortfalls corrected on priority Ensure billing processes are accurate and timely; own the IOP and sharing with operations Update and maintain all IOPs; address shortfalls and escalate when needed Host and engage in regular customer service calls with operational teams globally Report on performance, projects, customer temperature, and team updates monthly through Executive Summaries Collaborate to prepare and host Quarterly Business Reviews Host strategy sessions with client contacts to review and align on the client’s strategy and Maersk One Integrator solutions Collect, validate, consolidate, monitor, and report significant customer requirements and trends Support commercial and product teams with inquiries into new areas of business Develop and maintain a strong partnership with the customer to achieve financial results; establish programs to raise customer awareness Review global operational processes and drive productivity improvements aligned to service delivery Implement value creation through cost reduction projects in the Maersk delivery and customer supply chain Communicate the account perspective to the global community and ensure policies are implementable in the account solution Establish procedures to minimize Maersk exposure to risk related to compliance, trade controls and HSSE Follow onboarding procedures for new hires to set up for success Maintain a Program Management pipeline and succession plan Involve in objective setting and performance management of the global operational team Provide recognition and proactive feedback to the team Collaborate across the Maersk Customer Experience organization to share best practices and participate in workshops and training Evaluate Maersk products against the current customer supply chain and recommend improvements and additional solution sales Participate in the global SME community and knowledge sharing Drive high-impact projects annually What you bring

Required: Bachelor Science degree preferably in Business/Supply Chain 3+ years relevant experience with a proven track record in operational management Understanding and passion for driving Operational Excellence and Value Creation Excellent ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Ability to work in a matrix organization and influence decision makers Proven track record of delivery and driving results through others Experience with complex operational and commercial challenges Exposure to Business Improvement / Lean tools Excellent communication and influence skills Ability to interface with regional and global management teams Team-oriented, proactive collaboration across global teams Ability to build strong networks Knowledge of risk management with the ability to identify activities Preferred: PMP CSCP Six Sigma Job details

Job Type: Full Time Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 USD* Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401k Match.
