A General Manager (GM) is to provide strong leadership and management direction on behalf of the Board of Directors. While the GM is an Associate of the Management Company, the GM will also report to the Association's Board of Directors. The key responsibility is to oversee the entire operation and consistently adhere to and perpetuate the mission and vision of the Board and community. The General Manager has oversight of all aspects related to the business and operations of the community, including client relationships with boards, committees, residents, and outside entities (e.g., City/County departments, Fire Authority, Police Department, Water District, and local utility companies). The purpose of this role is to create a single point of contact in the community, enhance communication, and provide effective oversight of staff and operations. The General Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations, legal compliance, and overall oversight of the Association and staff. Compensation:
$95,000-$115,000 annually. FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary is commensurate with experience, education, certifications, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client’s property, the salary will also be premised upon the client’s directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
