Hourly Pay Range (Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum): $90.700 - $117.033 - $143.365 The Manager Pharmacy role at Sharp Memorial Hospital plays a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of cost-effective, high-quality Pharmacy Services. Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy, this role is responsible for leading and implementing these services across various locations, including the Sharp Memorial, our Outpatient Pavilion, and satellite locations. Key responsibilities include overseeing rational drug therapy, product distribution, research, teaching, and service development, all while focusing on continuous quality improvement. This role also has full responsibility for employee management, which involves selection, orientation, scheduling, training, and development, as well as personnel actions. Additionally, the manager assists the Director in budget management and maintains the daily operational flow within the department. Required Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) 5 Years experience in a hospital pharmacy practice or equivalent healthcare setting. 3 Years in a leadership role. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with 340B programs Experience with procurement and finance Completed of a pharmacy residency program Sharp HealthCare is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
