Overview
Performs a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment, conducts and performs MRI examinations, and assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as described or required. The incumbent may be required to work as a CT Tech when needed and will be paid their primary MRI rate when asked to perform CT scans. Providence Swedish caregivers are valued team members. Satisfactory completion of a formal radiologic technology training program Upon hire: Washington Radiologic Technologist Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Within 1 year of hire: National Registered Technologist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging or National Certified MRI Technologist - American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists 2 years of experience as a radiologic technologist, with at least one year of experience in an MRI department preferred Preferred Qualifications
