Edwards’ Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV) business unit partners with cardiologists and clinical teams to transform patient care with devices supported by clinical evidence. Our THV work aims to help patients live longer and healthier lives. Responsibilities

Oversee development of the commercial pricing strategy for the US THV Sales organization in collaboration with field sales leaders, internal commercial teams, and key customer stakeholders. Drive value and provide strategic guidance across deals between accounts; align resources to address customer needs by facilitating connections, relationships, and executing value-based programs. Develop sustainable strategic relationships with customers across national market healthcare executives, service line leaders and clinicians at targeted accounts to identify clinical quality improvement opportunities that can be impacted by Edwards’ solutions, driving program sales and share of mind. Mitigate/eliminate risk, direct and communicate highly complex pricing strategies, recalls, inventory backorder, and E&O considerations; negotiate with internal and external parties. Align internal resources to address customer needs and ensure successful integration and adoption of selected solutions at targeted customers. Lead strategic activities, prioritize projects, identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate execution plans to internal stakeholders; provide solutions to complex opportunities. Provide recommendations, gain buy-in from senior management, and present findings in support of new projects, initiatives, or programs; prepare and implement program pricing terms and conditions. Travel up to 40% as needed. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in related field with 12 years of related experience, or Master’s Degree with 10 years of related experience. Preferred Qualifications

Ability to build strong business acumen to represent the entire business value proposition. Strategic thinker with initiative and emotional intelligence; ability toSelling value proposition of Edwards and its products. Strong customer engagement skills for business planning with customers, field sales, and Edwards counterparts. Ability to understand customer needs and apply appropriate solutions; proven project management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools; excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills including negotiation and relationship management. Experience influencing senior management with provider decision makers. Ability to develop and integrate metrics showing value and effectiveness of pricing and inventory management. Expert knowledge in pricing strategy processes and related financial mechanisms; experience with healthcare provider data management platforms preferred. Compensation, Benefits, and Compliance

Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address diverse employee needs. The base pay range for this position is $143,000 to $178,000 (highly experienced). Actual pay is determined by factors including location, qualifications, and prior experience.
