We are hiring a Senior Director of Product Management – Diagnostics Imaging AI Solutions leader to own and drive the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of Diagnostics Imaging AI workflow solutions. This role reports to the General Manager of Diagnostics Imaging Products and will lead the roadmap and execution priorities to deliver targeted business objectives. You will work with engineering, design, research, marketing, and client-facing teams to identify and drive requirements for a great AI copilot experience for radiologists and other clinical personas to achieve meaningful outcomes. Drive the strategy, prioritization, execution and governance for Healthcare Diagnostics Imaging AI workflow solutions for the global market. Lead product development to define and deliver an optimized Copilot experience for radiologists and other care professionals, collaborating across product management, UX design, and product engineering. Maintain a standard of clinical excellence grounded in end-user feedback through Voice of Customer engagement. Influence sales and marketing narratives by demonstrating Microsoft’s impact on care professionals. Evangelize the product portfolio with strategic customer accounts and at major healthcare conferences. Facilitate customer advisory boards and other customer councils. Manage and nurture a team of product segment leaders and product managers across the lifecycle, fostering a growth-minded culture. Collaborate with partners across lines of business in the Healthcare division and with functional leaders to align roadmaps and processes. Develop and execute methodology for classifying and reporting investments mapped to business value. Work with the customer success organization on operational metrics and align roadmap capabilities to improve key metrics. Drive cross-functional teams to high-quality, on-time releases and hold teams accountable to commitments and KPIs. Manage product risk and compliance with regulatory, privacy, and system resiliency teams. Embody the company culture and values. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years in product/service/program management or software development (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of people management experience. Proficient knowledge of diagnostics imaging standards or workflows, PACS, EHR, or other healthcare informatics systems. Proficient experience with product management processes, including requirements definition and goal-setting. Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check at hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. Preferred Skills: Bachelor’s degree in technology or business; MBA preferred, not required. 10+ years of product management of a cloud-based offering. Experience with cloud architectures and API-first services. Experience leading clinical workflow solutions or deep engagement with them. Data-driven decision making and executive reporting. Experience managing enterprise software services serving diverse use cases and scaling new offerings. Strong written and verbal communication; ability to inspire teams. Understanding of user research and voice-of-the-customer best practices. Proven leadership to grow and inspire a team of product managers with a growth mindset. Experience defining and improving product management processes. Sound business and financial skills to develop well-thought-out business cases and balance risk, speed, and quality. Proficient relationship skills to build rapport with domain professionals. Comfortable presenting to C-Level executives. Compensation and Benefits

Product Management M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $163,000 - $296,400 per year. There are location-based variations (San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metro) with ranges of USD $220,800 - $331,200 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for additional benefits and compensation. See US corporate pay information for details. Microsoft will accept applications for the role until September 28, 2025.
