Dallas, TX or Houston, TX We are seeking multiple experienced General Manager to lead luxury high-rise residential communities in Dallas or Houston. This is a rare opportunity to oversee Class A properties within a premier luxury division, supported by the #1 property management firm in North America. What You’ll Do
Lead day-to-day operations of luxury high-rise communities, ensuring the highest standard of “white glove” service for residents. Oversee all aspects of property performance, including leasing, resident experience, budgeting, and operational excellence. Drive occupancy and retention in a high-transaction environment, with the opportunity to earn sales bonuses tied to results. Partner closely with construction teams to manage ongoing projects, renovations, and capital improvements. Utilize Yardi (and other connected platforms) to streamline reporting, leasing, and resident management. Build, train, and inspire on-site teams to deliver exceptional service and exceed resident expectations. What We’re Looking For
Proven luxury residential experience (multifamily, hospitality, or HOA). Strong background in high-rise or Class A properties. Lease-up experience with a history of driving occupancy and NOI growth. Solid operational and systems knowledge; Yardi experience highly preferred. A hands-on leader with excellent communication, organizational, and resident-relations skills. Why Apply
