To further this important mission, we are looking for a consultative and creative recruiter to grow and scale our Backend Engineering teams across AMER. You’ll be a part of a collaborative team environment, partnering with a range of stakeholders to support the highest priority business needs across the Engineering organization. Own full-cycle recruiting, drive hiring strategy, and deliver best-in-class candidate experience. Build and drive cross-functional partnerships with compensation, human resources, finance and others to scale hiring across Stripe. Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates by driving initiatives across branding, events, and employee referral channels. Provide timely reporting of key metrics and insights to drive decisions and improve processes. Who you are

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house experience strongly preferred) Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process, acting as an effective hiring partner and trusted advisor High agency, can handle ambiguity in a fast-moving organization, and thrives on a high level of autonomy and responsibility Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines An active and data driven approach to problem solving; you enjoy making sense of the trends and using the insights to better your process to make it more efficient Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally Hybrid work at Stripe

This role is available either in an office or a remote location (35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office). In-office vs. Remote

In-office expectations: Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in their local office or with users. This balances in-person collaboration with flexibility for individuals and their teams. Working remotely at Stripe: A remote location is defined as being 35 miles (56 kilometers) or more from one of our offices. You would be welcome to come into the office for meetings, on-sites, meet-ups, and events, but the expectation is to regularly work from home. The annual US base salary range for this role is $114,400 - $171,600. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, including commission/bonuses where applicable. This salary range may be narrowed during the interview process based on experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process. Additional benefits may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision coverage; and wellness stipends.
