Talent Acquisition Lead, Corporate Site
to help drive growth and be a part of a dynamic recruiting team. Our Talent Acquisition team builds strategies to source, attract, select, and secure industry leading talent for our growing global organization. This position has primary responsibility for leading the recruitment efforts for full-time employees at our corporate site in Columbia, Maryland. The incumbent will champion our talent brand, build strong pipelines, and deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences. This role is based in our Columbia, MD headquarters. Responsibilities
Create and drive talent strategies that enhance Grace’s ability to attract and retain a diverse and engaged workforce to meet current and future business needs. Identify, attract, and recruit experienced professionals for roles in chemical manufacturing, varied business lines and all corporate functions. Drive full-cycle recruiting for high-volume and skilled roles; partner with hiring managers to deliver timely hires. Ensure all requisition/candidate activity data is captured in the ATS. Stakeholder Management
Partner with human resources business partners and managers across the organization to develop and execute a local TA strategy that balances immediate hiring needs with long-term workforce planning. Partner and play a lead role with external search firms for various roles Represent the company at career fairs, campus events, and community forums to attract diverse talent
Stay informed of industry trends, market intelligence, and innovative recruiting techniques. Use data and trends to forecast hiring needs, proactively addressing gaps with targeted recruiting solutions. Identify opportunities and work to improve the quality and efficiency of the recruitment process and practices. Lead recruiting and talent management-related projects/initiatives. Required Qualifications
B.S. degree and 12+ years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record of success in identifying and hiring top talent. Demonstrated knowledge of the manufacturing industry and corporate staffing. Ability to staff roles across organizational levels. Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as SuccessFactors or similar sourcing platforms. Strong consultative relationship building skills and ability to effectively interact and influence at all levels within the organization. Proven success in high-volume recruiting within manufacturing, skilled trades, or related industries.
