Responsibilities

Lead payroll processing and expense reimbursement for multiple entities and pay cycles, partnering with finance and HR to ensure the accuracy of deductions, taxes, 401K, and allocation.

Participate in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, including account reconciliations and journal entries, along with audits (not limited to but includes 401K and Financial).

Ensure that systems, policies, and procedures adhere to company policies while functioning with accuracy and timeliness.

Contribute to enhancing internal systems and processes.

Keep apprised of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field.

Four or more years of accounting experience, with strong knowledge in payroll accounting. Global payroll is a plus.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.

Experience with accounting software and online platforms. NetSuite and Rippling experience is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits $100,000 - $120,000 a year. The position is eligible for company shares. Actual compensation may be higher or lower based on duties, experience, and expertise. Higher-level candidates may be considered with salary adjusted accordingly.
