Lead a talented full-stack team of backend and frontend engineers Mentor and guide the development of team members in a tailored, empathetic manner Build collaborative and inclusive teams Own your team’s deliverables and ship high-quality software Build and maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog aligned with team goals Collaborate with product managers, business units, and analytics to brainstorm and build the next generation of our product and scale it Lay out technical vision for the team Push the bar to solve complex technical challenges of scale and performance Balance short-term and long-term goals while shipping high-impact products quickly Partner effectively and influence peers and senior leadership within the organization Qualifications
Experience leading or managing a small to medium-sized team of developers Experience building large-scale distributed systems with high availability, scalability, and resilience Results-oriented with a focus on delivery in a high-velocity environment Strong communication skills; ability to articulate thoughts and proposals clearly Experience working in Agile teams Ability to grasp new areas and adapt to changes Familiarity with eCommerce is a plus 10+ years of work experience and 3+ years leading or managing a team What We Bring

The base pay range for this position is $210,400 - $280,900. Base pay offered may vary depending on location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may include additional elements such as a target bonus and restricted stock units, as well as comprehensive benefits (health, 401(k), paid time off, parental leave, etc.).
