Lead, mentor, engage and develop teams to maximize contributions, including recruiting, assessing, training, coaching and managing performance Ensure food services connect to the Executional Framework Coach employees by creating a shared understanding of goals and execution Reward and recognize employees Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations Identify client needs and communicate operational progress Adopt Aramark processes and systems Build revenue and manage budget, including cost controls for food, beverage and labor Ensure completion and maintenance of P&L statements Achieve food and labor targets; manage resources to ensure quality within budget Implement Aramark agenda for labor and food initiatives; create value through efficient operations and profit management Comply with Operational Excellence fundamentals related to food and labor Direct and oversee operations related to production, distribution and food service Maintain a safe and healthy environment and comply with all policies and regulations Establish and maintain systems for ordering, receiving, storing, preparing and serving food; manage menu planning and development Develop operational forecasts and explain variances; manage component accounting functions Ensure sanitation and safety requirements are met Coordinate and supervise unit personnel regarding production, merchandising, quality, cost control, labor management and training Recruit, hire, develop and retain frontline team Conduct periodic inventory and maintain records to comply with ARAMARK, government and accrediting standards Interact with Client Management and maintain effective client relationships at all levels May participate in sales process and contract negotiations Identify opportunities to implement new products and services to support sales growth and client retention Manage front of house for dining operation (Cafeteria/Residential Dining Facility) Develop and implement food service plans aligned with client mission and vision, including sustainable practices Qualifications

Requires at least 4 years of experience Requires at least 1-3 years of management experience Previous experience in food service Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Strong communication skills Ability to develop and maintain effective client relationships Excellent customer service using Aramark’s standard model Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments for a unified dining experience Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb Ability to stand for extended periods About Aramark: Our mission is rooted in service and unity of purpose, serving millions of guests daily across 15 countries.
