We are expanding into Phoenix, Arizona and seeking a highly experienced, self-driven Senior Personal Injury Trial Attorney to help build and lead our presence in Arizona. This is a rare opportunity to join a startup style office backed by the resources, reputation, and success of a nationally recognized firm. Responsibilities Independently manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through trial or resolution Conduct and defend depositions, including expert witnesses, as part of a targeted litigation strategy Represent clients in court, confidently handling hearings, motions, and trials Draft high quality pleadings, motions, and discovery documents aligned with case strategy Perform thorough legal research to support filings and arguments Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and the court Contribute to the growth of the Phoenix office, with the opportunity to mentor and lead as the team expands Qualifications Licensed to practice law in Arizona 6-10 years of proven litigation experience in Arizona personal injury law, including trial work Demonstrated success managing cases independently through verdict Strong deposition, trial preparation, and courtroom skills Excellent research, writing, and analytical abilities Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a startup office environment Strong client-relations skills and a results-driven approach Compensation $150,000.00-$170,000.00 West Coast Trial Lawyers offers health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, a health savings account (HSA), a 401(k) plan with employer contributions, paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays.
