Director of Finance

Overview We are looking to hire a skilled and self-motivated Director of Finance who will lead the financial operations, establish processes across a wide range of applications, and deliver insights that catalyze the company’s growth. This role combines strategic thinking with executive duties. The person in this role will work closely with top management and supervise all aspects of reporting, compliance, and personnel development.

Responsibilities

Direct budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Supervise reporting, audits, and compliance (GAAP/IFRS)

Implement, modify, and manage the company\'s financial processes and controls

Administration of cash flow, treasury, and financial systems

Provide leadership guidance based on analytic results

Support and coach the finance team

Qualifications

Degree in Accounting/Finance strongly preferred (MBA/CPA/CFA would be advantageous)

7–10+ years of financial and accounting experience, with a track record of leading a team

Deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS and financial operations

Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Suite

Experience with ERP systems is a plus

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

Self-motivated and displays initiative

Experience with project/event-based budgets and accounting strongly preferred

Experience with gaming/anime industries a plus
