The Global People Operations team drives transformational employee experiences through innovative technology and strategic knowledge systems. Within People Ops, our HR Technology team operates as a strategic innovation hub, leveraging AI, advanced analytics, and content strategy to reshape how the organization learns, adapts, and scales. We are seeking a highly experienced Knowledge Management Specialist to help build and roll out AI-powered knowledge systems. You will be a go-to person for the Knowledge Management Program, helping HR teams retrieve, understand, and use company knowledge with predictive analytics, machine learning, and smart insights, and leading the move from traditional knowledge management to intelligent systems that anticipate organizational needs and enable proactive decision-making. Responsibilities

Create and implement AI-driven systems for finding and recommending knowledge, helping uncover key insights across HR domains. Carry out strategic knowledge checks using predictive analytics to identify information gaps. Develop knowledge strategies aligned with changing scenarios to prepare the organization for HR trends, policy changes, and shifts in business models. Lead innovative projects with multiple teams to integrate knowledge management with data, AI tools, and content management systems. Help create smart content systems using natural language processing to automate content creation, tagging, and optimization. Collaborate with engineering to build AI-powered content personalization and dynamic knowledge delivery. Design and test conversational AI for HR knowledge and employee self-service. Develop new content formats such as AI-generated learning paths and predictive knowledge recommendations. Drive strategic initiatives to shift knowledge management from reactive to predictive through trend analysis and forecasting. Partner with strategic planning teams to align knowledge systems with long-term organizational goals and evolving business needs. Develop change management strategies for AI adoption across HR teams, including training programs and deliverables. Research knowledge management innovations in large tech environments and implement cutting-edge practices and emerging technologies. Develop strategic roadmaps for knowledge system evolution, incorporating emerging technologies like generative AI, voice interfaces, and augmented reality. Lead complex projects across AI, system integrations, and organizational change. Work with product managers and other teams to create new knowledge experiences that users will love. Use agile methods to quickly build and test new knowledge solutions. Define success metrics for AI-powered knowledge projects using data and business results to demonstrate impact. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience. Certification in knowledge management, AI/ML applications, and/or strategic planning methodologies. 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic program management. Proven track record of leading innovation projects involving AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics in enterprise environments. Demonstrated experience with AI-powered content management systems, natural language processing tools, or intelligent automation platforms. Proven strategic thinking with experience in scenario planning, trend analysis, and future-focused program design. Advanced communication skills with experience translating complex AI concepts for diverse audiences and enabling organizational change. Experience collaborating with engineering, data science, and product teams in time-sensitive technology environments. Proficiency in agile project management methodologies and experience managing ambiguous, evolving initiatives. Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Information Science, AI/ML, Strategic Management, or related field. Experience implementing generative AI solutions, conversational interfaces, or predictive analytics in HR or enterprise environments. Experience with emerging technologies including voice interfaces, AR/VR learning platforms, or advanced data visualization tools. Track record of successful vendor partnerships for AI technology implementation and strategic consulting. Experience leading globally distributed teams in innovation and technology adoption. Working understanding of big tech operational models, scaling challenges, and strategic planning processes. Knowledge of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI implementation in HR contexts. Strategic program management experience in HR technology, AI implementation, or organizational development. About Meta

$151,000/year to $208,000/year plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Base salary details reflect the compensation in the posting and do not include bonus, equity, or incentives where applicable. Benefits are available as part of Meta’s total compensation package.
