Job Description
We are looking for a process-driven Program Manager to take end-to-end ownership of the Tech Impact Awards (TIA) program, a critical, high-visibility recognition initiative that celebrates our organization's most impactful technical achievements.
This role manages the entire annual awards lifecycle, which requires data integrations, high-volume communications, and seamless cross-functional coordination. You will be the central operational hub for the program, balancing consistency with the company-wide TIA program while scaling client’s unique hybrid evaluation model.
Responsibilities
Tech Events & Recognition Program Management:
Plan, coordinate, and execute high-impact tech events and recognition ceremonies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver seamless event experiences, from logistics to post-event reporting and recognition follow-ups.
Nomination Management & Awards Coordination:
Maintain accurate nomination tracking for the Tech Impact Awards (TIA) program, ensuring all submissions are verified, documented, and processed efficiently. Oversee the recognition delivery process, guaranteeing that all award recipients receive their non-cash spot bonus, Moma badge, and public acknowledgment on time.
Strategic Execution & Governance:
Coordinate the annual cycle from kick-off through final awards. This includes managing the master timeline, ensuring alignment with TIA, and overseeing the final lock-down of the recipients.
Operational Excellence:
Design and maintain all core program infrastructure, including eligibility verification checks, nomination tracking systems, and documentation.
Stakeholder & Communications Management:
Manage communications and deadlines for a diverse set of stakeholders, including seven Product Group TIA Leads, senior executives, and cross-functional partners like HR and Communications. Prepare executive briefs for final approvals and orchestrate the company-wide award announcement and recipient notifications.
Final Submission and Recognition:
Ensure all TIA recipients are correctly submitted to the program and that winning key contributors receive their non-cash spot bonus, Moma badge, and public recognition.
Retrospective:
Lead reflections on the program to identify process improvements for integration into next year’s recognition program.
Program and Project Management Rigor:
End-to-End Program Ownership: Manage large-scale enterprise technical events and recognition programs, balancing multiple stakeholders and high-volume data; supervise nomination workflows and tracking with attention to detail and accuracy.
Recognition Logistics:
Coordinate recognition logistics to ensure seamless delivery of awards, badges, and acknowledgments across diverse teams; demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to drive program efficiency and timely recognition.
Projects & Delivery:
Manage multi-phased projects from initiation through execution, delivery, and retrospective.
Attention to Detail Excellence:
Focus on granular details, especially in managing high-volume data sets and ensuring error-free communication across channels.
Risk Management:
Proactively identify potential risks and develop clear mitigation strategies.
Technical and Operational Acumen:
Sheets:
Expert data management, analysis, and pivot table creation for tracking nominations and metrics.
Docs & Sites:
Build and maintain clear internal documentation and program websites.
Executive Presence and Reporting:
Synthesize complex program information into clear updates for senior leadership, including status reports and post-program analyses.
High-Volume, Multi-Channel Communications:
Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans across multiple channels to engage large and varied audiences.
Experience (Desired)
Process Design and Optimization:
Experience designing and documenting scalable operational processes and eliminating bottlenecks.
Data-Driven Mindset:
Define KPIs, track program metrics, and use data to recommend improvements for future cycles.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
