Overview

Director of Information Technology. We are seeking an experienced Director of Information Technology to lead and evolve the digital backbone of our organization. This senior leadership role is responsible for ensuring the performance, availability, and security of our technology infrastructure while driving innovation and operational excellence. Responsibilities

Lead and evolve the organization’s information technology strategy and operations. Ensure performance, availability, and security of the technology infrastructure. Drive innovation and operational excellence across IT functions including systems, applications, networks, project management, help desk, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity. Oversee business continuity and disaster recovery planning, including system testing and risk assessments. Manage IT budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and strategic resource allocation. Partner with senior leadership, auditors, and regulators to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years in senior IT leadership roles, with proven success in managing IT strategy and operations. 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in systems, networks, or security engineering. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, develop, and retain top IT talent. Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technology concepts for all audiences. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, solve problems, and drive results under pressure. Provide strategic and technical leadership across all IT functions, including systems, applications, networks, project management, help desk operations, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity. Experience in business continuity and disaster recovery planning, including system testing and risk assessments. Experience managing IT budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships for cost-effective resource allocation. Ability to partner with senior leadership, auditors, and regulators to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Benefits and Compensation
