Vice President where you would receive lucrative stock option . This is a technical, engineering-focused sales role, and it’s your runway to a leadership track with
lucrative stock options at the executive level . Job Summary of the Director of Business Development: As a
Director of Business Development , you will lead strategic growth efforts by identifying and securing new opportunities with high-value customers in aerospace, defense, and industrial markets. You’ll build long-term partnerships, collaborate with engineering and production teams, and shape solutions that meet the world’s most demanding power system requirements. You will manage a newly growing technical Business Development Team (mostly with engineering backgrounds) across 2 sites. This role is integral to the company’s long-term strategy, with direct exposure to senior leadership and a
defined pathway toward
VP , where equity incentives and broader business ownership become part of your rewards. Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (engineering preferred) 8+ years of business development or sales experience in the
aerospace and defense industry 5+ years in managing a BD team Strong skills in customer negotiation, strategic selling, and contract development Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders Experience with market analysis, value-based pricing, and competitive positioning Eligible to work with ITAR-regulated data (U.S. person or eligible for authorization) Willingness to travel up to 40% What the Director of Business Development will bring
