Overview

Location: Fremont, CA Duration: 12 Months+ Extension Hourly Rate: Depending on Experience (DOE) Work Authorization: Project Manager with semiconductor knowledge Responsibilities

Develop and integrate SECS/GEM interfaces for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Configure equipment to communicate with host systems (e.g., setting up communication parameters, defining data collection variables). Create and manage Siemens Camstar OpCenter Modeling recipes for equipment, including downloading, uploading, and validating them. Collect real-time data from equipment sensors and processes. Monitor equipment status and performance metrics. Implement data collection strategies for statistical process control (SPC). Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks for continuous improvement. Demonstrate expertise in Good Documentation and Good Testing Practices. Participate in fit-gap analysis and process modeling; drive process standardization with Area lead and Process SMEs. Work with lead SMEs to develop factory automation requirements. Provide times, user story point estimates, and status for all stories assigned to them. Authors and perform documents supporting validation of factory automation works across teams to consolidate requirements for MES development. Support generic managerial activities: quick learning, self-driven collaboration with client partners to meet strategic objectives, identify and mentor talent to build leaders from within a team. Qualifications

Minimum of 15 years of experience in program management with a focus on Semiconductor Siemens OpCenter product manufacturing and advanced automation. Strong knowledge of MES systems architecture, configuration, deployment, and integration with other production systems. Experience in Semiconductor manufacturing processes. Deep understanding of SECS/GEM standards (SEMI E30 and related). Experience with SECS/GEM message structure, data formats, and communication protocols. Experience in developing and integrating SECS/GEM interfaces for various semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Ability to configure equipment to communicate with host systems (communication parameters, data collection variables). Experience with real-time data collection, equipment monitoring, and process metrics. Functional experience in GUI, Tool Scheduling, Recipe Management, and Factory Automation – SECS/GEM. Experience with DRY, maintainable documentation and testing practices. Excellent project management skills and familiarity with project management software and methodologies. Strong understanding of design for manufacturability (DFM) principles and product lifecycle management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with customers, team members, and stakeholders at all levels. Experience with relevant industry standards and regulations. Ability to participate in process modeling and area lead engagement for factory automation requirements. Equal Opportunity
