We are looking for a seasoned
Java Solutions Architect
with extensive experience in the Telecom domain to design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient solutions. The ideal candidate will lead the architecture of next-generation telecom platforms leveraging Java, Spring, Microservices, Kafka, Python, and React. This role requires deep technical expertise, a strong understanding of telecom networks and services, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technology decisions and ensure delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities
Design, architect, and deliver scalable telecom solutions using Java, Spring, Microservices, Kafka, Python, and React. Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and engineering to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Lead the development of network inventory systems, service provisioning platforms, monitoring tools, and automation frameworks in the telecom space. Architect and implement event-driven, real-time, and high-throughput data processing systems using Kafka and related technologies. Ensure seamless integration with cloud platforms, API gateways, and third-party services. Provide guidance on application scalability, performance tuning, fault tolerance, and security best practices. Mentor development teams on best practices in coding, architecture, design patterns, and system integration. Support technical proposals, client workshops, and architectural reviews. Ensure compliance with telecom industry standards, regulatory requirements, and enterprise security policies. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience as a Java Architect, with at least 4+ years focused on telecom solutions. Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs. Hands-on experience with Kafka for event streaming and messaging. Proficiency in Python scripting for automation, data manipulation, and network analytics. Experience in frontend development using React.js for dashboards and user interfaces. Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with telecom domains such as OSS, BSS, VPN, broadband, provisioning, inventory management, etc. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and monitoring solutions. Knowledge of 5G networks, NFV, SDN, and network orchestration platforms. Understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, caching mechanisms). Prior experience in customer-facing roles, technical presentations, and solution workshops. Relevant certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Kubernetes Administrator. Additional Information
