Job Summary

The Regional Business Leader is accountable for the end-to-end performance of the designated region, including full P&L management. This role involves driving business growth through strategic planning, customer acquisition, and operational excellence. The leader will collaborate closely with the local factory and Global Operations to ensure alignment between regional business strategies and manufacturing capabilities, including direct responsibility for loading the factory. Additionally, the leader will oversee the sales team to develop medium/small customer segments and partner channels in coordination with Business Segment Leaders.

Responsibilities

P&L Management: Own and manage the regional P&L, ensuring profitability through effective cost management and revenue generation.

Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including identifying new market opportunities and expanding the customer base.

Customer Acquisition: Lead efforts to acquire new customers, building a robust pipeline and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Factory Loading: Directly drive regional orders to load the factory and deliver operational performance.

Operational Coordination: Collaborate with the local factory and Global Operations to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing and regional business activities.

Sales Team Leadership: Lead the sales team to develop medium/small customer segments and partner channels, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Business Segment Leaders to align regional strategies with global business objectives.

Financial Oversight: Monitor and analyze the performance of the region to ensure financial targets are met.

Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients within the region.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all regional sites.

Reporting: Prepare and submit regional reports to senior management, providing insights into regional performance and strategic recommendations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering; MBA preferred.

Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple locations or regions.

Strong understanding of technologies, and market trends of the region
