Overview
Vice President, Private Banking is a leadership role within BNY Mellon Wealth Management, located in Tampa, FL. Develop and execute business development strategies by leveraging market insights and client feedback to expand BNY's private banking client base. Cultivate and maintain strong existing client relationships by demonstrating expertise in private banking (lending and deposits) and delivering personalized financial solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive service delivery and alignment with client needs and BNY's strategic goals. Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the private banking sector to enhance the client experience and operational efficiency. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Typically 5-8+ years of experience in private banking or related financial services. Strong business development and relationship management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with high-net-worth clients. In-depth knowledge of financial products specifically lending and deposits, and regulatory requirements within the private banking sector. About Us

BNY Mellon assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $117,400 and $217,200 per year at commencement of employment. Base salary is determined on an individualized basis, including experience and market location, and is part of the total compensation package which may include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and company-sponsored benefit programs. This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary and other compensation at any time.
