Guidehouse . What You Will Do

Design, implement, and maintain security systems and infrastructure. Monitor networks and systems for security breaches, using intrusion detection and prevention systems. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and work with system owners for resolution. Respond to and investigate security incidents, providing detailed analysis and remediation. Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures. Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure secure software development and deployment. Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and technology trends. Assist in compliance efforts (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR). What You Will Need

A minimum of FIVE (5) relevant experience. A degree from an accredited college/university in the applicable field of services is required. If the degree is not in the applicable field, four additional years of related experience are required. Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred. Typically performs all functional duties independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills. Familiarity with the application of AI/ML techniques in cybersecurity. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001). What Would Be Nice To Have

Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, GIAC, RHCE, CPTE, or CEH are desired. Understanding of ethical AI principles and their implications in cybersecurity. Salary

The annual salary range for this position is

$102,000.00-$170,000.00 . Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including skill sets, experience, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. What We Offer
