We are seeking an experienced and passionate Multi-Site Veterinarian to join our team as a

Regional Medical Director . This is a full-time, salaried position offering a unique opportunity to lead and mentor veterinary teams across our network of hospitals in the Northeast and Southeast regions. Oversee a portfolio of 40-50 animal hospitals, acting as a key partner and resource for veterinary teams. Travel weekly across the East Coast to work with diverse practice teams and build strong relationships with hospital staff. Elevate patient care by monitoring doctor interactions and medicine protocols to ensure high standards of care. Mentor and coach staff to foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Assist in resolving staff and/or client conflicts to promote effective communication and problem-solving. Collaborate with the leadership team to support staff and optimize business operations. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including tracking package utilization, responding to client and staff concerns, monitoring discounts, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Take ownership of growth and performance metrics to contribute to regional success. Provide guidance and support to new graduate veterinarians. Perform quarterly inspections of all practices in the designated region and host regional DVM events. Hold necessary licenses and permits to operate hospitals in the region when required. Qualifications

DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program). Active veterinary license in the states where hospitals are overseen, with DEA license in good standing where applicable (or ability to obtain). Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong leadership and delegation abilities. Ability to analyze complex information, make informed decisions, and lead people of varying personalities. Strong time management and adaptability for a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Clinical practice experience of 5+ years; leadership experience preferred. Willingness to travel frequently; company-paid travel accommodations provided. Combination of veterinary industry, financial acumen, and business knowledge, or the ability to acquire these components. Location & Travel

This is a field-based role requiring weekly travel. Candidates should reside near a major airport in one of the following metropolitan areas: Charlotte, Raleigh, Atlanta, Washington DC, Greenville, Philadelphia, New York City, Boston, Chicago, Tampa, Orlando, or Miami. Benefits
