We are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our growing team. This is a permanent, full-time position offering an outstanding opportunity to work with a well-established legal firm. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of real estate transactional matters including lending, retail, leasing, acquisition of properties, development, and formation of related entities. This role also involves general corporate transactional experience, and an entrepreneurial spirit is a must. Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel and support on a wide range of commercial real estate matters including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development. Draft, negotiate, and review commercial real estate documents, including leases, purchase and sale agreements, financing agreements, and other related documents. Advise clients on legal and regulatory issues related to commercial real estate transactions. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating a commitment to client service by leveraging resources effectively and efficiently, and continually seeking to improve client service delivery. Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff to provide high-quality legal services. Contribute to the firm's growth and development through business development activities and networking. Stay updated on current market conditions, legal reforms, and industry trends to provide effective advice and counsel. Qualifications
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar. Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law, with a strong background in transactional matters. Proven track record of managing multiple client portfolios and maintaining strong client relationships. Ability to generate 3-5 portables per month. Excellent negotiation and communication skills; ability to articulate complex legal concepts to clients and colleagues. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to work and opportunities for business growth.
