Director, Global Consolidations & Financial Reporting Innovation. The Director is responsible for overseeing the global consolidation of financial results across multiple country operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant reporting. This role will lead the transformation of the consolidation and reporting function by evaluating, implementing, and scaling AI, automation, and advanced analytics solutions. This includes leveraging the OneStream platform, exploring external tools and partnerships, and driving a structured roadmap for automation across reporting processes. Pay

Lead the global monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation close, ensuring compliance with IFRS/US GAAP. Prepare statements of stockholders’ equity including support for all movements. Prepare cash flow statements under the indirect method. Oversee intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, and complex ownership structures. Manage consolidation systems (with primary responsibility for OneStream) and ensure alignment across all entities. Present materials for the quarterly financial statement review to CFO. Support internal and external audit processes. Maintain control environment documented for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance as it relates to consolidations and reporting. AI, Automation & Innovation

Process Discovery: Map end-to-end consolidation and reporting workflows to identify manual, repetitive, and error-prone processes suitable for automation or AI augmentation. Technology Evaluation: Assess ERP capabilities, the OneStream consolidation tool, and third-party solutions for automation (e.g., reconciliations, journal entry postings, disclosure support, reporting narratives). Tool Implementation: Drive pilot projects and enterprise rollouts for AI/automation initiatives, ensuring integration with existing ERP and reporting systems. Analytics & Insight: Leverage AI for anomaly detection, variance analysis, predictive forecasting, and intelligent reporting dashboards. Partnership Development: Identify and manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and AI solution providers to enhance reporting capabilities. Project Planning: Collaborate with reporting and IT teams to build a project plan that prioritizes automation opportunities, defines timelines, allocates resources, and establishes success metrics. Change Management: Lead training, adoption, and change-readiness across global reporting teams to embed AI-driven workflows into day-to-day operations. Continuous Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging AI/finance trends and translate them into practical applications. Qualifications

CPA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent strongly preferred. Strong experience with multinational consolidations and reporting; proven track record leading cross-border teams. Expertise with ERP platforms and consolidation tools (OneStream experience highly desirable). Demonstrated experience in finance transformation, technology implementations, or automation initiatives. Knowledge of AI/automation tools and their finance applications (e.g., RPA, NLP, predictive analytics). Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills; able to drive both day-to-day operations and long-term innovation agendas. What’s in it for you?
