10+ years of experience in software engineering 3+ years of experience in a management role Proven experience leading engineering teams on data-intensive or AI-driven products Experience building modern data and software platform infrastructure Familiarity with RAG workflows, agentic frameworks, and model tuning for large language models Seniority level
