Job Summary
Leads in the creation and solution design of architectures for delivery, development, and support of projects. Responsibilities
Leads in the creation and solution design of architectures for delivery, development, and support of projects. Experience integrating multiple applications and varied databases (such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Strong experience working with Salesforce customization and integration. Managing enterprise architecture systems and hands-on experience on POCs. Experience in data processing, enterprise data lake and batch processing. Strong communication, documentation skills and the ability to lead and drive teams. Provides technical expertise for development teams on projects and initiatives. Guides development teams for technical patterns and best practices. Maps business capabilities to technical solutions and modules. Develops the technical roadmap of applications. Translates business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint and design specifications adhering to enterprise architecture and security best practices. Collaborates with other architects and enterprise/domain architects to ensure solutions are optimized and aligned with strategic direction; some roles may be offshore. Creates and leads the process of integrating IT systems to meet organizational requirements. Conducts periodic system architecture evaluations and collaborates with project management and IT development teams to improve architecture. Evaluates project constraints to find alternatives, alleviate risks, and perform re-engineering if required. Updates stakeholders about issues connected to the architecture. Fixes technical issues as they arise. Maintains a good understanding of enterprise tools and organizational processes. Experience with various processes within Healthcare Domain. Analyzes the business impact of technical choices on client business processes. Continuously researches emerging technologies and proposes changes to the existing architecture. Creates and maintains, enhances procedures, processes, and designs for the organization’s systems. Mentors and guides development teams. Job Qualifications
Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information Services, or other IT related Required Experience: 6 years’ experience as a Solution Architect or in a Lead Architect Role managing and maintaining enterprise systems 3 yrs experience in Healthcare Domain Business Process 3 yrs Experience with complex solutioning with vendor integration: Cloud Integration 3 yrs Experience with full stack development and deployment Experience in Salesforce and MS Azure. Microservice and API Strategy Hands-on PowerShell scripting and other JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS, NodeJS. Troubleshooting and optimizing SQL queries and addressing slowness/bottlenecks. Security standards and guidelines – Encryption, Web Tokens, Single Sign-On, API data security standards Experience with various DevOps and DevSecOps strategies Web N-Tier Architecture and Architecture Design Patterns. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Experienced in development (Programming) skills and performance tuning of applications Superior communication skills Excellent project and resource management skills In-depth business and technical analysis skills Risk identification and management skills Ability to consult management and engineering teams with technical advice regarding business analysis, project management, IT architecture, infrastructure, cloud development, and software architecture design Excellent analytical skills and the ability to see the connections between layers of business operations Ability to understand how different parts of business operations are connected and how business processes achieve their goals Ability to define beneficial solutions and identify inefficient ones for a particular business need Experience with reviewing and ensuring systems are built to adhere to the Compliance and Legal Department mandates and requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Graduate degree Microsoft cloud offering/solutions ITIL Foundation EDI - Experience in Healthcare ETL - Strategy and tool experience TOGAF Foundation Experience configuring, troubleshooting and administration of the following tools: Edifecs Platform Salesforce Platform Sitecore Platform MuleSoft and Apigee QNXT (Cognizant/TriZetto)
