Overview

Principal Product Manager, Clinical Data Analytics at Tendo. The role translates clinical and financial-focused activities into actionable insights to support patients, providers, and health systems. You will define product strategy and requirements for analytics offerings, leveraging expertise in healthcare coding systems (ICD-10, DRG, CPT) and payer/provider data workflows. Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data analytics, aligned with company priorities and customer needs. Healthcare Data Expertise: Act as subject matter expert on EHR, pricing, and claims data to ensure accurate, compliant, and valuable use of clinical and financial information in products. Customer Engagement: Collaborate with health systems, employers, and payers to gather requirements, validate use cases, and ensure measurable value. Execution & Delivery: Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle—from requirements and design to development, launch, and iteration. Analytics & Insights: Partner with data science and engineering to build tools that surface actionable insights that are accurate, meaningful, and accessible. Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory requirements to inform product direction and maintain a strong market position. Internal Collaboration: Work with Sales, Customer Engagement, and Operations to ensure successful go-to-market strategies, adoption, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; or equivalent experience. 7+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology, analytics, or related field. Strong working knowledge of healthcare coding systems (ICD-10, DRG, CPT) and claims/payment workflows. Understanding of SQL, Python, and relational data concepts. Proven ability to define product requirements, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver successful products. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical background with experience leveraging large, complex datasets. Nice to Have

Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MS in Health Informatics or Data Science). Experience with SaaS, digital health platforms, or healthcare marketplaces. Familiarity with payer, provider, and employer data integration and reporting needs. Understanding of value-based care, reimbursement models, and healthcare economics. Base Salary Range

$157,250-$212,750 This salary range is offered with the understanding that final compensation is based on geography and experience. Tendo also offers an equity package, annual bonuses, and benefits. Benefits
