Develop a deep understanding of the Prime Video customer, both existing and potential. Develop a thorough understanding of the digital video market segments, and continually assess the competitive landscape and emerging industry trends. Partner with key stakeholders to define the product vision, strategy, roadmap and supporting metrics required to deliver and enhance a best in class digital video customer experience. Own the development of detailed product requirements documents. Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and project management teams to deliver on the product roadmap. Drive projects, products, and feature launches across multiple teams. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree 5+ years of technical product or program management experience 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning Experience managing technical products or online services Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or electrical engineering Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
