Overview
Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for a part-time contract assignment for 3 days per week starting October 22 to December 31 at their Corporate Health clinic in Bryan, OH. Provider will see ages 1 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, wellness services, health coaching, and Occupational Medicine services. Hours are Monday 6:00am–4:00pm and Tuesday and Wednesday 8:00am–6:00pm, with a 30-minute lunch break. Provider must be DOT Certified and have 2+ years of clinical experience in Primary Care and/or Occupational Medicine to qualify for this assignment.
Responsibilities
Deliver Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, wellness services, health coaching, and Occupational Medicine services for patients ages 1 and up.
Details
Part-time contract: 3 days per week, October 22 – December 31, at Corporate Health clinic, Bryan, OH.
Hours: Monday 6:00am–4:00pm; Tuesday and Wednesday 8:00am–6:00pm (30-minute lunch).
Requirements: DOT Certification; 2+ years of clinical experience in Primary Care and/or Occupational Medicine.
