Overview Noble Anesthesia Partners is a compassionate group of anesthesia providers serving ambulatory surgery centers, office-based anesthesia locations, and acute care surgical hospitals across Texas. Founded in 2011, Noble continues to expand in size and footprint and now serves locations in DFW, Houston, El Paso, Corpus Christi and Austin. We support its specialties including Orthopedics, Gynecology, ENT, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Ortho/Neuro Spine, Pain Management, Podiatry, Urology and Dental (Pediatric and Adult). Why Noble Anesthesia Partners? No Call . When cases are done for the day, we are done for the day. No Nights . Late-day coverage rarely ends after 6PM. No Weekends . Elective Saturday cases are covered by volunteers who receive additional compensation. Professional Growth . Clinical management opportunities and ongoing educational opportunities, including sponsorship for ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia courses for qualified providers. Flexible Scheduling . Credentialing across multiple facilities enables early-out requests and personalized schedules. Compensation and Benefits Full-time opportunities available PRN opportunities available Malpractice insurance provided by Noble Medical, Dental and Vision insurance available Retirement plan available Malpractice and tail coverage provided Additional benefits (e.g., disability and life insurance) available Paid time away from practice starting at over 6 weeks per year, including federal holidays when sites are closed Schedule Typically averages 35–45 hours per week with seasonal variation Responsibilities Provide anesthesia care in ambulatory surgery centers, office-based anesthesia locations, and acute care surgical hospitals across Texas Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and high-quality outcomes Maintain flexibility to travel to several client sites (rarely more than one per day) Qualifications – CRNA NBCRNA board certified or eligible Willingness to work in a fast-paced, ambulatory environment Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple client sites (rarely more than one per day) Travel and Opportunities Travel opportunities to Noble’s other locations in Texas; licensing in Illinois, Oregon or Washington may also present opportunities EEO Notice Noble Anesthesia Partners/AAC Southwest is an equal employment opportunity employer.
