The BCBA Clinical Director is a passionate leader who directs and develops clinical and operational services for a specified service area and census of clients of Constellation Kids. As the Clinical Director, you will lead and grow a collaborative team of motivated professionals determined to ensure that clients receive best in class programming to reach their highest possible potential, create a positive and effective culture, and drive both clinical and financial outcomes. Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team of BCBAs, behavior technicians, and RBTs to provide high-quality ABA services to children and families. Support recruitment and training efforts of BCBAs, BTs, and RBTs. Monitor all clinical and operational components of clinic ABA services. Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources to ensure the growth of census and direct service hours for service area. Proactively review scheduled and completed BCBA and BT hours and address concerns / conflicts to ensure billed hour targets are met. As required, review BCBA treatment plans and session notes for accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness. Provide direct clinical services to clients and maintain appropriate caseload. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in accordance with insurance payor contracting and credentialing. All employees at Constellation Health Services

Exercise necessary cost control measures. Strive to provide and maintain positive external and internal customer service and promote a culture of excellence in customer service. Demonstrate effective communication skills by conveying necessary information accurately, listening effectively and asking questions when clarification is needed. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Hearing and speaking ability is required to communicate on the telephone. Vision is necessary for entering data. Reaching is required for paper management. Manual dexterity is required for operating the computer, photocopier and telephone. Mobility is required for going to photocopier, fax machine, etc. Must be able to speak and write the English language in an understandable manner. Must be able to function independently and have personal integrity. Requires flexibility of hours. PSYCHOLOGICAL REQUIREMENTS

An ability to recognize tasks to be done and perform them independently. An ability to establish a responsible and trustworthy rapport with staff by: Being punctual and providing proper notification and advance notice for absence and tardiness. Following through on tasks as assigned. Flexibility to adjust to changing work schedules. An ability to work in a fast-paced environment under time constraints. INTELLECTUAL REQUIREMENTS

An ability to learn all Constellation Kids policies and procedures. Judgment skills in processing telephone calls Organizational skills necessary to establish priority of tasks and meet deadlines. An ability to operate all aspects of the computer, photocopier and telephone. An ability to understand and follow instructions provided by the supervisor both in written and oral formats.
