The Sr. Director of Product Management for Accruent’s Asset Solutions Group is a key leadership position responsible for driving the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution across a suite of enterprise SaaS products. Reporting directly to the Business Unit General Manager—and working in close alignment with the Chief Product Officer—this leader will manage and develop a global team of Product Managers, Product Owners, and UI/UX Designers and work closely with Engineering, Product Marketing, and Sales leaders to deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions that drive adoption, satisfaction, and measurable business outcomes. This role is central to Accruent’s product-led growth strategy and plays a critical part in helping organizations optimize the performance of their physical resources through industry-focused technology solutions. Responsibilities

Translate the strategic direction of the business unit into actionable product plans supporting Accruent’s product-led growth strategy. Define and own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for the solution suite, ensuring alignment with market needs, customer feedback, development and architectural inputs, and business priorities. Lead and grow a global, high-performing team of Product Managers, Product Owners, and UI/UX Designers. Create clarity of purpose, foster collaboration across functions, and develop strong product leaders who embrace data-driven decision making and customer-centric design. Develop a deep understanding of customer problems, workflows, and industry trends through direct engagement, research, and analysis. Represent the voice of the customer in product decisions and ensure our solutions deliver real-world value and ROI. Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, Customer Success, Services, Marketing, Sales, TechOps, and Support to ensure successful product delivery and go-to-market execution. Prioritize features, manage trade-offs with current and existing customer base, and ensure alignment with the overall business strategy. Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond. Oversee roadmap planning, user experience design, requirements definition and prioritization, and performance tracking. Drive outcomes related to adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. Contribute to the continuous improvement of product development processes, tooling, and reporting. Ensure transparency of product priorities and performance across stakeholders and leadership. Use data to inform priorities and measure success, and utilize KPIs to ensure predictability and delivery across the product portfolio. Qualifications & Experience

10+ years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise software, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role managing multi-disciplinary product teams. Proven track record of owning product strategy and delivery for a portfolio of B2B or vertical-specific technology solutions. Experience leading and mentoring global product teams with regional strategies, including UX/UI and Agile Product Ownership functions. Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution detail. Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across functions and geographies. Familiarity with product-led growth principles, user-centric design, and agile development methodologies. Experience leveraging AI and automation to enhance product capabilities, streamline workflows, and deliver personalized user experiences. Industry knowledge in real estate, facilities, asset management, or related domains is a plus. Fortive Corporation & Accruent Overview

This position is eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package. Pay Range:
