This General Manager (Pre-Sale & Open Club) role with Crunch Fitness leads pre-sale and opening operations for new locations, driving memberships, building high-energy teams, and launching thriving clubs. With 75+ locations currently and 100+ planned, General Managers are at the forefront of driving sales, leading teams, and launching new clubs. This role offers strong career advancement potential in a high-growth fitness movement. What you’ll do as a General Manager (Pre-Sale & Open Club): Pre-Sale & Grand Opening Execution – Lead the launch of new Crunch locations by driving memberships, community outreach, and pre-sale events. Sales Leadership – Build, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve aggressive membership goals. Team Development – Recruit, hire, and develop a top-tier staff focused on customer service, sales, and fitness culture. Community Engagement & Brand Representation – Create buzz around Crunch by networking, forming partnerships, and establishing Crunch as the go-to gym in town. Operational Excellence – Oversee daily club operations, ensuring cleanliness, service quality, and policy execution. Performance & KPI Management – Track and analyze key metrics to optimize sales, team productivity, and financial performance. Lead by Example – Set the standard for energy, professionalism, and success.

Proven Leadership & Sales Experience – Track record of managing teams and exceeding sales targets in fitness or a comparable industry. Pre-Sale & Marketing Savvy – Experience in community engagement, event promotion, and driving memberships before a gym opens.
