Program Director Job Description:

As the Program Director, you will lead a dynamic Program Management Office assigned to a specific MSP client. You will be empowered to drive the strategic development of the program in conjunction with the Client Sponsor and with the support of an assigned Program Management team and shared Back-Office Services. The team will be expected to drive flawless execution of the day-to-day operations and provide ongoing client service and satisfaction at the highest level. We are looking for an experienced Procurement/MSP Professional with integrity, an inquisitive mind and a passion for excellence. The person in this role will provide strategic and operational leadership to the PMO, including delivery of Statement of Work (SOW) requirements and Contingent Labor solutions. This includes developing and implementing sourcing and buying strategies for the program categories, in collaboration with client managers, stakeholders, and other functional areas such as Procurement, Legal, IT, Human Resources and Finance. Responsibilities

Program Leadership

— determine and deliver the overarching value proposition and provide guidance to program stakeholders on services procurement, contingent workforce strategy, and related opportunities. Services Procurement & Contingent Workforce Strategy

— develop, coordinate and implement strategic sourcing and cost savings/avoidance plans using knowledge of category, professional services and contingent workforce buying requirements and trends. Business Development/Opportunities

— evaluate and prioritize program expansion opportunities. Thought Leadership

— communicate trends, data/analysis, and subject matter expertise to advance the client program and MSP solutions. Program Management

— ensure delivery of ongoing program requirements, including client relationships, SLA/KPI adherence, continuous improvement, supplier management, project management, and billing/reporting/analytics. Program Team Management

— oversee day-to-day priorities, team engagement, communications, issue resolution. Program Financial Performance

— ensure annual program financial objectives are met, with understanding of the program P&L. Qualifications

Required Skills Procurement & Supply Chain Management concepts Managed Service Programs / MSP proven experience Vendor Management (VMS) & ERP Systems Exceptional planning and organizational skills Effective communication and collaboration Conflict management and resolution Problem solving techniques and thought leadership Customer-centric mindset and ability to facilitate effective meetings at all client levels Influence and value promotion Analytical skills using tools (Excel, Power BI) for data-driven recommendations Roadmap development, engagement, and measurement Team management, including remote members MS Office Suite proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Required Education/Experience Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management or engineering preferred; MBA or equivalent experience a plus At least 7 years MSP, procurement, and/or supply chain experience Company and Equal Opportunity
