Allocate budget resources and manage financial activities; formulate policies and coordinate business operations. Monitor, motivate and develop staff; hire and train employees; engage with vendors; improve administration processes. Identify business opportunities and pursue growth; ensure good customer service; maintain high ethical standards and compliance with laws. Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans for all departments; manage budget and allocate funds. Provide ongoing training, coaching, development, and motivation to branch personnel; lead by example. Identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions; share knowledge with other branches and leadership. Address and resolve client and employee satisfaction issues; network to enhance the branch and company presence. Stay informed on market trends and provide reports on market movement and penetration; report to Market Operations VP on branch needs. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Other Duties

Ability to work flexible hours and overtime, including weekends and holidays, when needed. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Minimum 5-7 years’ success supervising operations teams of 30+ staff. Strong track record of leading teams to achieve business results; experience developing others into leadership roles. Strong work ethic with proven metrics for success; experience with change management. Lean/Continuous improvement experience is a plus. Goal-driven, proactive, willing to lead by example; experience with A/V equipment and production preferred. Highly detail-oriented with superior organizational and multi-project prioritization skills. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication; English fluency required. Ability to troubleshoot and perform other job functions with high attention to detail. Competencies

Proven leadership in time-pressured environments; professional interaction with customers. Time management, organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Calm demeanor under stress; adaptability to changing work settings. Physical Demands

Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods; may lift and move up to 20 pounds. Ability to see clearly and communicate effectively in writing and speech. Travel Required

As required. Required Education and Experience

BS/BA in business administration or relevant field. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; experience in Windows/Mac OS environments. AV industry experience preferred. The pay range for this position is estimated to be $130,000-$180,000. Actual salary will be determined by experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, location and market data.
