Overview
Realty Income seeks an IT Senior Project Manager (IC) to handle large or highly visible projects, typically with independence and authority, aligning with organizational goals and vision. Reports to the Director or AVP of IT Program Management and oversees multiple ongoing projects, including IT components of mergers and acquisitions, enterprise-wide IT initiatives, and international projects. A continuous improvement mindset is expected to streamline delivery processes and improve efficiency. Essential Job Functions
Serve as the primary point of contact/driver for project execution through implementation and post-launch support. Support the project team with day-to-day execution, including managing tasks, resources, scope, and interdependencies. Assess and manage project risk with appropriate mitigation plans. Ensure understanding of interdependencies between projects and IT strategic goals. Provide appropriate stakeholder communications. Improve/streamline project delivery processes throughout the lifecycle. Communicate project status with required weekly, monthly, and/or special reports. Oversee development and tracking of project schedules and financial health of projects. Develop other key project deliverables. Resolve implementation challenges by collaborating with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors. Coordinate roll-up of reports, documentation, notes, budget variances, and other statistical reporting. Create detailed quality and metric reports for senior IT Project Manager(s) and IT Program Manager. Support IT Quarterly Program Management Roadmap, monthly capacity planning, and IT Annual Budget process. Support and, when appropriate, lead IT program requests for new project intake, IT capacity, and new software. Organization Relationships
Provide regular reporting to the Director or AVP of IT Program Management, VP of Information Technology, and stakeholders. Escalate key risks and issues; act as a mediator between stakeholders to resolve conflicts. Work mostly independently with limited guidance on project planning and implementation. Required Qualifications
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint Online). Experience with work management tools such as Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow. Adaptability to changing project requirements and environments. Creativity and innovation to improve project performance. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Leadership and management skills to oversee or direct multiple projects. Strategic thinking to align projects with organizational goals. Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. Typically 5+ years as a Project Manager or in a related role; additional education, certification, knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered as equivalent. Experience in IT financial management including project-based accounting, contract lifecycle management, and IT subscription management. Certificates, Licenses, or Registrations
PMI Project Management, PRINCE2, or Certified in Project Management and Scrum Master Level 1 certification. Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range is $101,258 – $122,425 – $145,253. Offers at the high end are uncommon but may be considered for exceptional experience. Eligible for annual discretionary bonus and discretionary stock award, discussed during interview. Compensation determined by experience, knowledge, education, skills, performance, internal equity, company performance, and market data.
